A bespoke 12-week sleep, sound, and movement pathway for exhausted parents of neurodivergent or medically complex children who have tried everything and still feel like home life is harder than it should be. This is not Cry It Out. Using gold-standard psychometric testing, scientifically modified sounds and proven therapeutic pathways to remove the guesswork of how to get your family to sleep and sleeping through.
This is for the mother who researches everything, paid every specialist, attended all the appointments, re-jigged routines, applied countless conflicting bits of advice, cooked new diets, sat in school meetings, and the endless problem-solving is constantly ticking away in the back of your head who still feels like her family is run riot by dysregulation, bedtime dread, and constant crisis management.
This work starts with sleep because the quality and quantity of your sleep determines the success and failure of everything else. Behaviour, appetite, school, pain, parenting, siblings, mental health and the felt sense of safety inside your home.
This is not about fixing your child. Or you. If all it required was willpower and effort, you would already be sleeping 8–10 each night. This work is about retuning your body for rest and rewiring your brain for safety by implementing a permanent change that allows everyone to restore and recover overnight.
In 12 weeks, this pathway helps families move from bedtime dread, daily dysregulation, and constant crisis management toward restorative sleep, predictable calm, and a home that feels like the safe sanctuary you always dreamed it could be.
Sleep is the symptom and the solution. Broken sleep becomes a self-perpetuating cycle. When the body and the brain feels safe, the whole family can restore deep quality sleep.
Every family begins somewhere different. The program delivery is built around your child, your home, your existing supports, and the routines that are realistic for you to hold.
Because every child, parent, home, and support network is different, the scope and structure of your program is tailored to you, your child and your family system. Someone will contact you directly to discuss next steps.
This is a premium, high-touch pathway for families ready to implement daily change at home. You may be contacted for further information before your initial consult.
There is no magic pill. Neurodiversity is not curable. Music and movement may be prescribed; medicine is not. Your program does not constitute medical advice, legal advice, crisis support, nutrition planning, or a replacement for paediatric, psychiatric, emergency, or legal service. Movement should not be conflated with exercise and weight loss is not a part of any program.
Active Attunement is a nervous-system neuro-affirming therapeutic support that sits alongside the rest of your care team. Where appropriate, your program is offered in collaboration with the clinicians and therapists already supporting your child.
Describe your child, your home, and what you are hoping for. Someone will contact you to discuss next steps.
